Recording Secretary Clifton Jester has traveled through Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He spent five years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as an Operations Advisor with the Royal Saudi Air Force, and another eight years in Okinawa, Japan training U. S. Air Force pilots assigned to the Western Pacific. Clif retired as an Air Force Colonel with a background in Flight Operations, Reconnaissance, Logistics and Data Automation. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the California State University system, and a Master’s degree in Psychology/Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
Clif continues to serve as a part time contractor training U.S. and International Air Force pilots and is a certified Mine Safety and Health Administration instructor, teaching classes at the Technical College of the Lowcountry. Clif is a certified FAA training instructor and serves as an FAA Safety Board representative. He has written several articles for professional journals and has been published in a variety of newspapers.
