Dr. Richard Moniuszko is a career educator, working for more than 40 years with public schools in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. His experience includes serving as Associate Professor in Educational Leadership at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and as Interim Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent of both Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia and in the Richland School District One in Columbia, SC. It is noteworthy that Fairfax Country is the 10th largest and one of the highest performing school districts in the country with more than 190 schools and a large population of international students speaking 200 languages. In addition to working in school systems across three states, he has held a diverse range of positions from District leadership positions in Charlotte, NC as director of instructional accountability and director of student services to school psychologist and consultant.
